Once again, overcame massive lack of motivation and bottled the 5-gal Lusitania Shipwreck Stout. Hoping for the best, as usual, after not shooting but torpedoing myself in both feet during the brew.
If I'm passing through your corner of Bretagne, maybe I'll take you up on that, but more importantly buy you a Brasserie Lancelot brew that you do like; I'll stick with Tellen Du.
Don't know if this counts, but I fixed my Vienna Superautomatica coffee machine. Makes good coffee from whole bean Sumatran. I aspire to use my own roast at some point in the future.
I picked up a grain mill from an HBT member xrobevansx last fall - he generously included a variety of grain that I'm now finally getting around to organizing / figuring out what to do with same. Lots of odds and ends that I'm not entirely sure how to utilize.
Would there be any advantage to bittering with First Gold in an extract stout - was planning on Northern Brewer for bittering in the stout I'm brewing today, First Gold at 10.
