What I did for beer today

Once again, overcame massive lack of motivation and bottled the 5-gal Lusitania Shipwreck Stout. Hoping for the best, as usual, after not shooting but torpedoing myself in both feet during the brew.

New to brewing with lots of questions!

If I'm passing through your corner of Bretagne, maybe I'll take you up on that, but more importantly buy you a Brasserie Lancelot brew that you do like; I'll stick with Tellen Du.

What I did for beer today

I picked up a grain mill from an HBT member xrobevansx last fall - he generously included a variety of grain that I'm now finally getting around to organizing / figuring out what to do with same. Lots of odds and ends that I'm not entirely sure how to utilize.

DM me with location and price, if you want - if you're close enough and the price is right, I'll buy the kettle.

    First Gold is Wonderful

Would there be any advantage to bittering with First Gold in an extract stout - was planning on Northern Brewer for bittering in the stout I'm brewing today, First Gold at 10. ??

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Extract Rogue Shakespeare Oatmeal Stout kit that I saved from the curb morphed Sam-Smith-style with First Gold and S04 instead of Cascade and Mangrove Jack WC ale yeast.
