    If you've used it before, doesn't really matter to me what the style was, as long as you feel that the flavor was present at the end of the process. Did you add at the end of boil, in secondary or when bottling if applicable?

    Chasing kombucha with HB marzen. Proof positive that even with less-than-ideal cold-side temp control, you can't go wrong with w 34/70 and Hallertau.

    What I did for beer today

    Combined two half-assed grainmills into one fully-functional. Now I can grind the 4.5 lbs MO, 1/4 barley and 1/4 carafa that's been sitting around for weeks; now I can brew next weekend. Inventoried yeast and hops to the same end, after a fashion.
