    Brought a kit the other week, time ran out to brew now i cant brew till sat. should I store grains in fridge till then? hope it wont ruin the cracked grains. Thanks for replies. Cheers.

    watery tasting brew?

    I hope its just time. Its been 3 weeks for the wit and 2 for the red. Water was at 5 gal or slightly less.

    Hi. I did 3 batches of extract brew about a month and a half ago. A wit, Irish red, and Honey brown all from northern brewer. Tryed the wit and it tasted watery. Tried the red same thing. I am using thier guidelines when I brew following them to a T. What might cause this? If you need more info...

    Always boilover at the hot break!

    When the water comes to a boil i usually turn the heat down and that takes me to a rolling boil through 60 min. It works on my stove , Mabey yours? Cheers
