Hang on to that fruit one. I brewed a raspberry wheat that I bottled back in may and it has just now gotten to not only a point of drinkability it is really really good and I get asked from friends to rebrew.
My step mom works for Kellogg and had to make a trip out to battle creek. Brought me back a six pack of bells 25th anniversary ale, six pack of bell's orsman ale, Arcadia coco stout and a growler of arcadia ESB.
Funny my dad and I were talking about that very thing today. He said I have a skewed view being 23 and when I get older time and metabolism come into play. Guess I won't preach anymore and just be happy to be youthful.
Picked up a 6 pack of Bell's and it is so so. Here is an updated list of the ones I've tried so far this year from best to worst imo.

I passed on nemisis this weekend I just wasn't in the mood to drop $20 on a 4 pack of something no one had drank before. I like adventure but just not for this I guess, i'll probably regret it.
I am nuts about barrel aged beers. To the point that even high quality bourbon has me tasting "beers that could be perfect". Am I alone or nuts? Bourbon barrel beers are my weakness help !
Gotta age it my friend. I recently came across a few bottles that were bottled in 08 at a local wine store. The women aged them in a humidor for two years before selling them. Fresh I can't handle the stuff but 2 years later it is just ****ing amazing, it drinks like a port so I usually split a...
Squat rack = $200 and craig's list a set of free weights hell I got two complete 300 pound sets for free. The amount of exercises you can do with a rack and barbell are almost infinite. Pop that puppy in your garage and spending 45 mins 3 days a week in there changes everything.
Short's has been a lurking fave of mine for some time now and was happy when they became available in illinois. They were one of the first and only brewers to run out of beer at the Great Taste last month. Great stuff and a cool story with Short dropping out of college and starting a brewery in...
Mine fermented at 68 and i'm drinking it now and it's great. One unrelated tip to scottish ale is an extra week or two of conditioning or cold conditioning it you can really helps before bottling or kegging.

Ya I guess I get what your saying, just made me sad to see it listed as guilty pleasure for "worst beer" you like. O well taste is in the eye of the beer holder. Sorry for my rant and thread rape above.
Yuengling to me is great beer, I'm shocked people have it listed here for guilty pleasure. I look forward to my trips to Pittsburgh every couple months so I can drink yuengling on draft and smuggle a case back Illinois to enjoy. In my opinion yuengling is the best any place anytime beer. It...
i'm 23 5'11 about 175-180 pounds. I power lift 3 days a week and depending on my training i'll run hills a day a week. I started on the craft beer and home brewing about 10 months ago thus making craft beer/home brew a daily part of my diet. I have 0-3 during the week but usually have at least...
