    Dumped my first batch today :(

    I let it condition for 3 months and just kept trying it. Instead of it tasting like maple it just came out as residual sweetness. So it tasted like a wheat beer with a very sweet finish just not pleasant to drink. I even took a growler to a homebrew club meeting though maybe it was just me...

    Storing a corny keg

    So I made a beer that could really use some time but I'm not interested in bottling it all. My keezer can only hold 3 kegs. Can I store the kegged and carbed beer in my basement for a prolonged period of time?

    I think my statement makes perfect sense. In my opinion $10 a 4 pack is to steep for this beer but if it was $10 a 6 pack it would be fine.
