Tennessee Group Grain Buy Round 5

I'm working at the Flying Saucer Fall Festival on Saturday as the draft technician, but I might be able to pop out for a bit and come by to pick up my grain. I don't have any splits, so it should be easy. If for some reason ten jockey boxes mess up and I get stuck there the whole time, I can...

Officially it is a big competition, the talking and drinking are just the evening activities. I've judged at it for the last three years. It is a good time and a good comp.

Heh, it was an accident; didn't clean out the conical well enough. Looks like Brett and a little Lacto going on. Shoved it into the cellar a few weeks ago. Might keg half and bottle the other toward the end of the month.

Tennessee Group Grain Buy Round 4

boo, but in other news that might mean I can come and pick it up. I can't brew this coming weekend unless I want to do a Belgian of some sort in the conical. 10 gallons of BIPA in the ferm chamber, 10 gallons of sour Abbey sitting, 5 gallons of Choxpress on force carb.....maybe do 10 gallons...

we've got our homebrew club meeting on Saturday at 3, so that might be a tough day unless you felt like coming down here to the boro for it. You would, of course (and anyone else as well) be welcome to come and check it out. I am in one of the splits, roasted barley I think. If that doesn't...

continuing the off-topic: bear in mind that everything up to and including your own house lines can throw off water readings. Using someone else's numbers is useful in generality, but far from accurate as to your own source. Just sayin.

Dunno, really, probably a new world one. 46% Pilsen 43% Pale 5% D1 Syrup 5% Sugar N.Brewer,Hallertau,Fuggle hops. My bottle carb isn't catching on yet, but I'll just wait. It is *boozy* still too.
