    Saison Hi Nelson! Nelson Hopped Saison w/Hibiscus

    found a tasty surprise! I had one lone 22oz in the basement from my last NHS brew in September. The tart flavor of the hibiscus is awesome. The African pigmy hedgehog here in Portlandia predicts an early spring so I'm looking forward to saison season. Cheers!

    Saison Hi Nelson! Nelson Hopped Saison w/Hibiscus

    This recipe is great. The one change I made was pitching wyeast 3711. The tartness from the hibiscus and the Nelson hops work very well together. Looks great too. I will be brewing this again.
