I reckon they have to be careful now who they kill of, regardless of who gets killed in the comics. Some actors in key roles may want to leave the show, others may get killed for a good story line. However, if, when the series ends, we are watching an entirely different cast than the first...

I'm not a fan of the idea of a tv show about a tv show, but I started watching Talking Dead a while back just to fill me in on the nuances that I was missing. It comes in very useful!

In cosmos, I kinda like the lame cartoons. They bring you back to the fact that you are watching TV, and it reminds me to listen, and not get carried away in all the spaciness.
