    My ESB Recipe. Critiques please?

The Helletuar isn't really neccessary, but since it's such a clean hop I didn't think it would be as noticeable. I can drop it, but my IBU will be around 31 or so unless I make the late additions a little earlier. I'm still playing around with it in BS2

    My ESB Recipe. Critiques please?

So my last "Help me recipe" was my Saison... Thanks to the help of HBT, the advice you gave me resulted in a great beer. So, hopefully you guys can help me with my first ESB. The FG never comes the same from program-beer so disregard that part of it Basically I'm working with the hops I have on...

    Self leveling epoxy.

Thank you for the detailed information. That post helped a lot. My only question is the "Don't be touching anything" I was planning on using it for the lid of the keezer. I was going to put the wood down and have an 1/8th lip from the wood to the top of the border a, creating a "sandbox"...

Hate to break it to you but I work on the antique road show and that dresser would have been worth roughly $450,000 at auction. After the 30% commision, you would have be sitting pretty.... , , , , , , , , , , ,BAZINGA! Nice build

    Self leveling epoxy.

I was wondering if anyone had a good resource on tutorials for using self leveling epoxy. I'm sure it's rather simple but I've seen some really bad examples on other peoples projects. I want it to be a "one and done" project. I'm using joined wood for the deck of my keezer build and want to...

Brewing my first Saison - tips please?

Thanks for all the opinions guys. Here are some of your suggestions put into play. The first post was for a 10g batch but this is for a 5 gal. I already had the grains for this one milled/combined so I couldn't drop the crystal. I added more hops, later in the boil, got the FG to 1.008 and...

Brewing my first Saison - tips please?

2/1/2013 UPDATE Kegged and carbonated this beer last night. We pulled small sample and I must say I'm very happy with the way this beer came out. It's nothing crazy or unique but, it's a very clean tasting Saison with a good spicy note in the after taste. It has a strong but not overpowering...
