Doing this myself now. In my experience so far there has been quite a few tweaks to my process to get it where it needs to be. I am sure once I do the first real test with grain in a few weeks, there will be some more tweaking involved.

Thought about brass, as you said much cheaper. But just couldn't get myself to do as everything else is SS. Since I found these the price wasn't that much higher then the brass version.
