    Im sterilizing some bottles for my "polish imperial stout." And im happy to announce that "hollyjolly ale" is in the fermentor. I love using locally grown ingrediants, and even if the beer isn't perfect, I always make sure theres enough alcahol in the brew to catch a buzz.

    Whats funny, is this is the same recipe ive used for a year, only I used a blender in a pinch, and the beer seems less carbed. But it is green. Only 2 weeks
