    Kegging Equipment vs. Stainless Conical

You can make great beer without a conical - you cannot pull a pint out of the keezer without the kegging setup. I would go kegging for sure I love having taps to pull.

    Balancing fitness with beer drinking?

It is all about the calories. I drink 3-5 days a week. Some days wine some beer less frequently mixed alcohol. I run every other day to the tune of 12 to 16 miles a week I eat 1,000-1,200 calories a day not including alcohol. I was 100lbs overwieght at one time, I now pay attention to...

Kegged Homebrew has changed my life

Kegging is amazing and cost me 10 lbs in the first 4 months. I love draught beer and really love the bulk efficiencies of kegging over bottling.

So, do you think you make good beer?

About 1 year in and I have made some absolute crap that was undrinkable and some really enjoyable beer. The process is evolving and I am learning and that is what makes it enjoyable. Learning something new keeps me happy.

    IPA hops question...

I love adding things to recipes - only way to improve is to experiment throw em in. I would use some as later maybe 10 or 15 minutes to increase aroma complexity

    The Brewing network.

I will say that I love brewstrong. I have been brewing for a little over a year and have gleened a great amount of information from the shows on water and yeast. Basic brewing radio really does not do it for me even though I have tried a number of times. Oh also fast forward is a neccesity...

WTF How hard is it to put on a lug nut??

Worked at Sears tire as a college student, and I can tell you the main answer is getting paid by the peice. You go as fast as you can because the more you do the more you get paid and the less the manager yells at you that customers are waiting. Also starting lug nuts by hand and the gunning...

    Mashing Pumpkin & Sweet Potato

I agree it was a lot of ginger, but it was in the mash and not in the spice tea at the end we will see how it goes. Smelled good going into the fermenter. Long brew day for sure. Starting gravity of 1.064.
