So everything went perfect until I went to put the airlock in, then the black grommet fell into my 5 gallions of brew. I had to stick my arm in it to get it out. Hope I didn't contaminate it

My 5 Gallon brew kit calls for 2-3 gallons of water to boil. I have a 4 gallon pot. Does it effect the taste of the beer if I do 2 rather than 3 gallons of wort?

Is bleach to harsh or should I just use dish soap and rinse

I have a Turkey Fryer and I was going to use the pot for a beer brew. I have used the pot to fry a Turkey. What should I use to clean and sanitize the pot with so it will be good to go..
