    Drom John Avery Tweak Clone

Helpful answers: partial something extract brew, one packet, no starter. Truthful, if unhelpful and annoying answer, I have never measured gravity. That said, side-by-side tasting, and the only failure is that the coffee is a bad match.

Ok cascading carbonation now; I think it was only a problem with the first bottle. The coffee is getting better, but just doesn't work as it should. (Starbucks espresso is perfect for Redhook Double Black Stout). OTOH, this is a pretty good brew. I'd give it a 4 on Untappd, where the real...

Drom John's Innis & Gunn Original

Version IV. Only variation was 1 oz medium toast oak, and 2 oz heavy toast American oak, because I had the leftover heavy toast. First taste 18 January 2020.

    1can LME

If 3.3lbs Briess Golden Light LME with Nottingham, you are looking at about 2.25 ABV. That's beer. 3.3 lbs Briess Golden Light DME gets you up to about 5 ABV. YMMV

    All grain to extract

I'm one of those maximize partial something brewers, up to 6 lbs grain decreased by whole containers of LME, DME only when LME won't work. I've adjusted many recipes, and I've found any darkening and sweetening to be insignificant. IMO, the conversion is that simple. If using DME, add it late...

    Peaches

I'm offended. That said, I'd go with what madscientist451 said above, but for we cut into eighths before freezing. I'd recommend using with pale ales and should go well with many of the gluten free malts.
