    Why not recommend half-batches?

    My 2 cents - I do half batches ll the time - I actually like brewing beer more than drinking it - so half batches are great - time is an issue because there is not much time difference between 2-5 gallons except boil up time & cool down

    What kind of flavors? how much sugars are init? That will be the factor - I believe if it is just plane extract you are OK, but then again - depends on the extract.

    Brewtarget hop order?

    In Brewtarget just click the top column name to sort by what ever. So click on the "time" column to sort by first in. Just like in Outlook clicking on the date or name column. Hope this helps
