That's a super nice kettle, but honestly a little too big and out of my price range...

To be honest I was just looking to buy one and didn't want to post it under *For Sale, because I wasn't selling anything. But if you get rid of any I will pay cash.

    Fruit Beer Watermelon Wheat

DD. Thanks for the recipe! I did tweak it though and use WL300 and fermented at about 67-68F. Which produced a super Banana flavor (way more than I was expecting). I racked on ~8 cups of watermelon juice. Great beer, just more banana than watermelon to be honest.

    Fruit Beer Watermelon Wheat

I see that everyone is usually sticking by the 1 week primary, 2 for secondary. But It's been about 10 days for me in the primary and I still have a healthy krausen sitting on top. Should I wait for it to fall? Or rack it?
  15. enthuzed

Is this the strangest looking Krausen?

This I did do almost immediately after I took the picture. Drink away :mug:

Is this the strangest looking Krausen?

Those are all great responses. I have only brewed a few batches at this point. This one just looked bizarre (but hey I guess this is the first of many :cross:) I'll keep you posted on how this one turns out.
