Flat head and a hammer. Used to work for me.

I got a 20# in a similar situation, used it, no issues. What could crept into a highly pressurized tank.

Correct you should get foam or gas. Hose plugged? Maybe push c02 through the hose to clear out any blockage

Is the input in the filter floating? Maybe you need a weight to ensure the hose not level and is below the surface

I agree, I fly out of lax every month, I stop at monkish every time now. I am blown away with their beers. Makes for a great red eye.
