I am currently drinking a Hybrid wheat... I labeled it American Hefe... I used 4.25 lbs White Wheat and 4.25 lbs pale 2-row and pitched 3068 that I had saved from a previous traditional hefe recipe. Fermented 12 days at 66F. Hardly ant detectable banana...
