    New to the forum, but not to brewing

    I'm in the same boat. I've been brewing for years and just got on these fora. As for Valley Malt, I've used their 2 row. It is pretty cool to have a maltster so close. Especially, one that uses local grains.

    I go to Igo's and have my 5lb CO2 tank filled. They don't swap it out.
