    Temperature controller way off

    Check all you connections, check with icewater, check to see if you are using the N/O not the N/C contact, check to see if it is set for cooling and not heating. Just a few things to look at.

    Don't bother with MIG, Unless you are an absolute pro welding stainless It won't turn out very nice....I've all but ruined a keggle with MIG using stainless wire and trigas..Just a friendly word of warning. Been there done that. FAIL.... I now have to remove a couple 1/2 couplings from a Keggle...

    Anyone know a source for 21VAC power supply?

    You have a little discrepancy in your motor information. Is it 21 VAC or is it 21VA? VAC is a measure of voltage and VA is a measure of power. VA is actually watts. Most motors will have a call out for current and voltage separately. Double check the label. It seems odd to me why they would step...

    I spent about $700 on mine including 2 kegs, all taps, hoses fittings, 3 regulators and the disguise.

    sanding PVC pipe

    Standard sandpaper works great on PVC. Start coarse and work to fine if you want a near polished finish. Power sanders work also but you have to be careful. They take a lot of material off in a hurry!

    Update: All the the free hops are still growing some better than others. because they were free I planted some in less than ideal locations. Mainly because I ran out of good spots in my little yard. They vary in height from 18" to 10'.
