What cooler works best for a mlt?

The cooler is the cheap part, it's all the hardware to get the sweet wort out that nickel and dimes you.

    Solid strut single tier build

#1. It's the same connections as what your used to seeing its just solid strut, what that means is the wholes are not there. The Channel where the nut/bolts connect to are still there. Solid strut has no true advantages over slotted strut for brewing other then it might be a little easier to...

Danby Chill'n Tap Kegerator - Help!

I have one although it is a few years old now but it fits a full size keg and/or 3 cornys. I love mine but then I have done the mods, 40K Resistor, internal fan, tower cooler etc.. I also have swapped out all the original hardware, moved to a double tap with Perlick Stainless 525's, added 10ft...

    My Single Tier Strut Brewstand

Your system and mine sound very similar, I have two 1/2 Sanke's that I use for my HLT and BK. I actually have a 3rd 1/2 Sanke ready to become my MLT but I am not ready to spend the money on that and retire my 10Gal. Rubbermaid cooler just yet. brewhardware.com rocks I have bought all my...

    My Single Tier Strut Brewstand

The one thing I will say is good luck getting it done in one weekend! I thought "I already brew with a three tier system , besides the stand what else do I need"? Lol well I still am not ready to brew on it! Although I have been slowly buying the items I need, I didn't know I needed them until...

New Products from Nor Cal Brewing Souutions- Stainless Cam Locks

Maybe it's just me and the fact that I am UBER sensitive to redundant code. I see two links to the same item but what looks like two different photos. This image shows two links per product. Just trying to assist in the event it was a mistake that's all..

New Products from Nor Cal Brewing Souutions- Stainless Cam Locks

Is there a reason your listing most styles twice on that link? Could make it confusing and if you accidentally order the wrong one can ruin your day when you get the package :-) Good prices however!

    such a waste

This is how I ferment, not because of fruit flies but because IMO it is just better. With the right process they are easier to clean and sanitize. Not to mention the fact I can transfer to my keg with Co2 and not risk infection. I swapped out my buckets for 1/4 slim sanke kegs almost two years...

    Switches and pump !

Get yourself a ball valve on the output side of your pump if you want to throttle the flow.

    such a waste

Not sure why, I live in Florida and ferment in my garage in a converted freezer. Never had a bug problem. Actually with the amount of co2 the the yeast make I would think it's almost impossible for them to live in there. Either way a nice cool co2 heavy environment and a simple airlock with...

    My Single Tier Strut Brewstand

Uni-Strut rocks! As for the burners, I would not just go out and buy this stove. I happened to have it and made it work. If you look close you will see that I swapped out the original burners for Banjo BG12's. Lots of people here use them. I have lit them but still have not performed a Dry...

Thanks! I bought this from amazon http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0006VORDY/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20 It is great for crawfish boils etc.. I figured when I do need to cook like that why not just use my brew stand, after all it's only like once a year I use it! Anyhow I chopped it up...

    My Single Tier Strut Brewstand

Sorry for any duplicates, my iphone named the images all dumb and the trick or treators keep knocking on my door distracting me! LOL The wood on the bottom is in my garage now, with a nice coat of polyurethane on it to seal it from all the spills I plan on having!
