Got it cut apart.

So finally decided to build brew stand. Was trying to stay low budget and was going to go the bed rail route. Came across a roll away bed and a light build went off, why not a fold up single tier stand. Figured I would share the journey with everyone.

I cold crashed for 7 days and used muslin bag around siphon but I guess with pellets the fine particles is the downside.

Anyone have better ways to filter dry hopped beer?

So think I figured out the issue. Even though I used a muslin bag to filter the dry hopped secondary in the keg I guess after a week of sitting in keezer the remaining particles dropped. This caused all my beer to taste bitter/alcoholy since I was pulling from the bottom of the keg. I have since...

Matc- Got the Duff can off ebay (dice game inside aluminum can) and then customized.

Eulipion2- 1) Can fit one/two pin locks on hump (since they are shorter) and could get a smaller co2 (mine is 20lb bottle) to fit another ball lock on bottom so 4-5 comfortably but could possibly squeeze 6. 2) Magic Chef but don't remember the model, I'll try and look.

What would cause this?

So can a beer go from good, to bad, to good again? What causes this change?

For my first batch I brewed a sweetwater IPA clone. After kegging the beer tasted decent compared to the real IPA, same hoppy taste but with fruitier taste than original. Pleased with the first batch ever. A week later tried the beer again and now it has a stronger bitter taste to it, almost...

Does anyone know where to get standard faucet rebuild/repair kits that include all the washers? I have found some at various places online but for a 2-3 dollar kit they want 8-9 dollars shipping. Anyone else found them without this issue?
