I'm new to this and may not use all the terminology right but I made a nice version of this brewing a partial mash:
3 lb DME
1 lb LWE
2 lb pilsner malt
1 lb Vienna
.5 lb Carapils
.5 lb honey
From my notes:
Steep the grains in 2 gal at 155 for 60 min, sparge with 1 gal at 170, add DME and honey...
