    Malting Co. of Ireland Stout Malt

    I use Malting Co of Ireland malts in several of the beers at my micro. I ise Ale Malt in place of 2 row as entire base for my red ale. I use Stout malt in place of my 2-row/biscuit blend I used to use for my West coast IPA. I am a huge fan.
