    Re-yeasting after 1st racking?

    I know that they make a large scale hydrometer but its only between like 1.010 and .990 but its much easier to see. what about taking a picture and posting it? or maybe the picture is big enough to see.

    no problem. you wont have any krazen with the wine at all. maybe a little but not enough to be a problem

    using RO water in wine kits??

    yeah... use clean water! but distilled water is not usually the best to use. I use arrowhead water in the jug, works great for me so far!

    you can polish a turd all day long, but you know what you have at the end of the day??? yep, A turd with a bunch of polish on it. wine? whiskey? no way at all..... crap in = Crap out!!

    Questions about 1 gallon batches of fruit wine

    this is what I do. I make the 1 gallon batches, but I also use a 5 gal primary, then move to a 1 gal secondary.

    sweet. october 22 thats when mine is all done! gotta try it all out! ill keep the carb ideas in my head, at this time I might or might not do it as of yet. it depends on the bottling of it.

    oh I almost forgot. I also added some cloves, cinnamon sticks, and a tiny bit of honey. and the sparking water idea for pellegrino is out. they cost more than just bottles at my LHBS and I would need to drink about 2 cases (I dont usually drink this stuff anyway!) to make it work. icso...
