    Well i got all the stuff to make my apfelwein today. 5 gallons of white house 100% apple juice, 2 lbs of brown sugar ( wanted it maybe a little bit sweeter but will experiment more later), Red Star champaigne (? spelling) yeast. Should have a nice stiff drink in about 4 weeks or so. Austin

    It was at the Liqour World about 1 min from my apartment in Richmond KY. They had several meads (4 or 5) on the shelf. This was the cheapest so i started there to see if i was interested. I will be back very soon to try some more.
