The app is supposedly still in beta and they are aiming for approval in the next few weeks. they are hoping before end of March. Nothing further to it.

Is it me or Picobrew's brewhouse is not working? I'm brewing at the moment, and no graph is displayed. But, if I click on the pak brewing from the brewed list... it shows the graph up to date. ?!!?

The Z or the zymatic? I don't believe you will be able to trade both, a Zymatic and a Pico for the Z. Only 1. But the 100-250$ rebate will apply as well. One is. a trade in the other is a rebate.

If they mean 1.x US. Gal by saying 1 gal, then I guess yes. I'm getting closer to 1.5-1.6 per batches. Tbader2, isn't it easier to spit a 5gal batch in 2 than trying to get a 1 gal batch?

Nope, since the paks are fixed size, putting less water would not make much sense to me. But I can imagine the previous statement to possibly apply here as well. I can't tell for sure, sorry. In my case, I'd prefer 3Gal size, not smaller.

From their postings, it said 1-10. The 10 assumes the Z4... and each unit would have the ability of brewing 1gal from paks. Can you brew only 1gal in the Zymatic today? I don't see why nor...

Can't you use it without updating it? I have no clue what he's referring to. Why posting in this thread? Related to reusing paks? Are you sure the unit is brand new?

lol, I know the feeling. 6 pico size kegs for me, and 3 kegs of 3 gals, allowing me to brew and ferment 3 double batches. And that is really plenty. That's as far the expansion will go unless we move into a house with a larger basement. The pico did re-ignite the brew passion for sure. P.S...

Funny that you say so, I was thinking along those lines. Open up a brew club to show others how to brew and membership fees to allow access to the machine.

And they go for some pretty penny. I converted mine to allow paintpall bottles and 16g-20g CO2 cartridges, and a hose to ball lock, for a total of less than $50 for all 3 of my reg. Along with a carbonation stone, I get a pico keg ready in a day, and a 3gal keg in 2 days.

Same here. I had been bottling all the time, and thought it was a novel idea. Until I tried using them. I wish I would have thought of visiting a site like this one before buying and of asking more questions about kegging. Now that I started, I can't understand why I have not tried years ago. Oh...
