Has anyone experimented with the RESt call server on Github? It's based off the Zymatic and dates 2015. I wonder if the Picos could use it? For manual brewing it would be good worse case. But I guess nothing we can do for paks.

It does look good to me. The grainfather has lots of support around where I am, and SS Brew tech as well, but I was always fond of Anvil. Nice sturdy without all the fuss. The 10.5G all-in-one seems like a good option for me, paired with the 7.5G fermenters. getting 3 kegs going in a week-end...

I just harvested some cascade this year. They are 2 days old now, not wet but not flaky dry neither. I did they are a bit dirty. How can I clean them and what should I do with them before brewing. Hoping to brew tonight if possible.

I would echo the same. I use the pro.... with C kegs. When cold crashed, I rack it to corny kegs. the adapters make it easy to use either. On a different topic, anyone ever used a traditional Norwegian kveik yeast in a pico pak? The fermentation range up to 98 degrees combined with the valve...

I would consider the Grandfather or maybe even the robobrew as well. Less relying on a SAAS platform for it to work. All of those are electrical appliances that produce wort, reliably (fairly more than other methods) and make it somewhat easy to reproduce your recipes for the similar amount...

I agree the serving kegs can be good if you go somewhere and know the beer will be gone the same night, and don't want to bring the keg back with you.
