    I don't think a fridge will have a problem getting to 55 degrees being that it already gets colder than that as is.

    I have done some research on these and they seem to be pretty good. I am going to give these things a whirl. My only concern is that they may not be good for long term storage. Doesn't usually last that long anyway.
