Thanks. Yeah, we rent. The wiring sucks. I've had to get UPSs for all the computer gear because I suspect the wiring in a number of cases of computer failure. Like I said, I'll be using the newer wiring in the basement for brewing. We don't run the space heater anymore, either. =)

I grabbed the latest version for Mac and it wouldn't run on my system with 10.6.7 (I believe, what ever the latest version is) Any ideas? What're the osx requirements?

Do you still steep the steeping grains or do they just go into the mash with Biab/minimashing?

Unfortunately he's a slow starter and only had the head and two leaves on this bine. The other only has the head on it. Pretty cleanly removed, no marks anywhere else. With no head that bine won't grow anymore, right?
