Can I bottle from carboy as with Apfelwein?

I found this recipe for lemonade concentrate. Will it actually work upscaled?

I take it when making my lemonade that for a British solution that I must make the concentrate myself. Allrecipes have a copy that I could upscale and simply pour in when done.

Sorry for dragging this old thread up. I plan to make up a batch of this and plan to leave it in the carboy for around six weeks before bottling. Is there anything I must do in the meantime?

Brewing up my hopefully first successful batch of apfelwein and am wondering when to do OG and FG readings? Also, how to calculate final ABV? Cheers.

It was four weeks on March 8th. Just tried it on today which should make it in the seventh week. Not much of an apple taste at all and still quite dry but not quite as dry as it was.

It's still in the Better Bottle. I've done nothing with it. Just had some. It still tastes dry but not as much as I remember it.
