    Idk about everyone else... But I tend to brew, let's say an IPA.. I like to buy well known ipas to compair.. If I clone a beer I always buy an original to just see how close I got it... Sometimes I am dead on or a lil off... In the end still costs money. Guess I'm not the only one tho...

    i see what your saying, but honestly.. do you save money? do you keg? how much is Co2 refill? i know for me its 25 bucks. yea i know it lasts awhile! but still money adds up... thats just one example. PLEASE dont get me wrong, i love brewing and the amount of money is costs does not...

    Ever lose a brew day to a hangover?

    yep... But had a beer to curb the hangover at 8 am it was hard but once i put 2 down i was alot better. Im happy i did cut the pale ale i brewed that day came out great. Drinking it now, CHEERS!

    quick but not too quick carbonation

    I force carb, let it set at 20 psi for the first night. Then down to 15 psi for one night then to 10 psi for a week or so. After that I shut the co2 completely off, only Turing it on if I'm going to pour a few beers. Saves on co2 an over carbing. Never had a problem. Seems to work for my system.
