Thanks! Any idea what that piece is called, so I can see if I can buy one for a 5" tower?

I think I am going to have agree with you would have been very cheap, convenient, and easy to clean but probably not worth the risk.

there is no rating, that is my main concern. Yeah I wouldn't have much of a choice but to drink it all.

I found these at Homegoods for a buck. I am wondering if you guys think it will work for bottling? The cap is hard plastic with a rubber gasket.:mug:
