    Arm in Beer NEIPA - had to put arm in fermenter, this should be interesting.

    I’ve been elbows deep in several beers to squeeze hop or fruit bags at the bottom of the fermentor. I always sanitize my arms and hope for the best lol. No infections yet, and I don’t tell the people who drink my beer ;)

    What I did for beer today

    Rigged a blowoff tube for my secondary right after this pic... I added 3lb of cherries and a bit of light toasted oak spiral to this co-soured base and it took off again. Pretty sure this one is going to be real good... it looks a lot less like tomato juice in person, it’s almost purple.
