Just picked up my first two this weekend and the other gear that goes with it. Racked two primaries in the two corny kegs in a hour. Does this rabbit hole ever end? Cant wait to pour my first beer off the tap.

I just got 2 corny kegs for $90 last night at the LHBS. Going to be going back for a 5lb aluminum tank filled for $85. A place near work quoted me $90 for aluminum tank filled also.

How much did he charge for shipping? Do you have a comparison picture that shows the burner on 11" of Water? I tried hooking up to the house propane and only got a flame that was quarter inch high. Can you post a picture of the two different orifices together?

Yea, I dont have the money for it. I'm trying to run off the propane line coming into the house instead right. Just thought a few people on here might like the idea.

Thanks for clearing that up. The 240V line coming to the house is going to be single phase correct? Also, if I wanted to run a 120V power tool or element off the 240V line, I could just use a transformer or converter?

That's what I was kinda thinking. How does the 4 prong outltet work? Is it set up for different configurations of 3 prong plugs? Did not think about that, but I am now. Are Lincoln and Miller TIG's typically 4 prong?

There are so many IPA's out there, that is what people are used to seeing and consuming (other then TV beer). Just make something with alot of hops, call it an IPA, and watch people drink it. Most people off the street would know the difference.
