    Okay we got a 5 gallon fermenter full of a light summer style beer wort mashed at 143F for 1-1/2 hrs. We put in 3 oz of chunky zest and five cucumbers. Nobody posted pictures, so I'm putting one in here for reference. Reference. I'll try to remember to come back and let you know how it turns...

    I would do this again in a heartbeat. It took longer to bottle condition, but when it smoothed out, it was really enjoyable.

    We added two tablespoons of cane sugar to 2 gallons. I forgot to take the final gravity reading. It says 1.010 right now with the sugar added. From what I gather from this thread below, each tablespoon raises one gallon by 0.005? Taking that farther, my beer was probably really dry, like less...
