    Time to find a bar where they don't split tips! I had the same problem as a valet. We would split tips at the end of the shift. The problem was some of the guys would go smoke out in the valet lot and not do sh!t for a few hours. I finally had enough of it and went to a slightly lesser hotel...

    What I did for beer today

    Foil taped my fermentation fridge, tucked up the wiring, and am waiting for the JB Weld to cure for the relocated light switch. Tomorrow I should be able to finish buttoning it up. Built a simple STC1000 box today, too.

    I have one, the Hero3 silver edition. Go with YouTube or Vimeo as far as uploading. You can put up higher quality and they also have a few tricks to help you out... ie. my first ever video (a ski trip) had alot of camera bounce. YouTube can do a decent job of correcting it for you. Also...

    Another alternative is Homebrew Beer & Wine in New Smyrna Beach. They have a decent supply of equipment and alot of Brewer's Best Extract Kits. I wasn't into AG at the time so I didn't bother looking for any grain.
