    This actually turned out great! The Sorachi Ace added a nice sweetness during the dry hopping... i cold crashed it for the last 2 days of dry hopping... not a lot of yeast in the bottles either. An amazing XP ale!! Great Job me, you're the man!

    this turned out pretty good. it was way better than the first citra i made... not nearly as bitter... its def a hop heads session beer for sure...although i wish it was slightly less bitter and had more hop flavor... im dry hopping my next one which should make for a better brew. thnx for all...

    just tasted a little bit of this when i took a gravity today.... its real bitter, but not in a bad way. its also way to young yet to get a good idea of what its going to be like after i dry hop this bitch... this should make a fantastic xtra pale ale!

    Im dry hopping with 1oz. of whole simcoe, and 1oz. of warrior pellets...after 7 days in primary the yeast were almost done (near the FG i want) so i threw them in with no muslin bags, tea balls, etc.... i was just curious how to remove the hop pellets from the beer without risking oxidizing my...

    awesome thanks for the tip! i'll let you know how it turns out. I will def try hopping the wort next time... but do i hop the wort for the full mash?? as in the full 60 min before collecting my first runnings?
