    Long lasting Krausen! S-04

    I have Brown ale that has been in primary for 14 days and i still have a 1 inch Krausen on top.. OG was 1.060 and the FG is 1.011 which is what i was aiming for. Anyone had a experience like this with s-04.. Would it be bad to go ahead and keg it. I would wait but this is a gift for my dads...

    Hello Brewers!

    I am new to the sit and just thought i would say hey.. I do all grain brewing and have about 20 batches under my belt. Things are just starting to really fall into place for my brewing and the beers are turning out great. I look forward to learning a lot from you guys:mug:
