    All-Grain Brew Time versus Extract

    A good safe bet is about half the time, I generally knock out 5 gallon batches in about 2 hours, maybe 2.5 including cleanup. Depending on the brew.

    If the recipe doesn't have specific instructions on waiting before chilling, then toss them in and start chilling the wort. Probably wouldn't hurt to wait 15 minutes before chilling either.

    Pancho's Pumpkin Porter

    I didn't do a pumpkin porter, did pumpkin ale and I added pumpkin with 5 minutes remaining and spices with 2 minutes remaining.
