That is a beer I would love to try. As for me, nothing tonight. I've been drinking my way through a case of Costco beer as of late. Also some DFH Raison D'Etre.

I try to check in occasionally. I haven't brewed in a long time, but I'm thinking about getting a very basic and small kit again.

I put off buying this for a long time, but finally picked up a pack of the Kirkland beer. For the price, I am impressed. The amber is decent, the pale ale and lager definitely better than some BMC. Haven't tried the hefe yet. For the price, it's a good "cheap" beer to have around.

Funny. I bought this again a couple nights back and shared it with a pal. I didn't even remember that I had it before. I enjoyed it a lot this time, of course the other two beers I had prior might have numbed my senses a bit. I'd drink it again in a heartbeat.

It's one of those things like anything else. Some people will worry about nitrates in food, cancer causing compounds in gasoline, etc... but have no problem smoking. In the end it's up to you. How much risk are you willing to take to enjoy things in life? You could get into a car accident...

I would seriously recommend checking out Olympic Brewing Supplies. If you need a larger amount of items like starsan, kegging equipment, etc... why not check out one of the vendors here like Brewmaster's Warehouse?

After seeing similar format shows on the same network, I am under the impression that many "catastrophes" are not as big as they are made out to be.

What cracks me up is how some of you can take an hour long TV show, see some random stuff clipped together and start playing CSI. I think he blended the beer, I think he dumped it, I think he sold it to Budweiser for the Clydesdales to drink, etc...
