The specific config I asked about of 3 pin locks and a 10# tank all on the floor w/o a collar is not listed. The closest ones all have ball locks, which as I understand, have a smaller diameter. There's also 1 that has 4 pin locks and a tank on the hump with the collar.

I agree with this. I think you can push it a few more days if you haven't started drinking off it. Once you pour the first pint though, you should finish it within 24 hours due to carbonation retention constraints.
