A # 10 silicone bung with 2 washers, a bolt, and a wing nut. Insert the bung and hardware. When you tighten the wing not the bung expands for a leak tight seal. Sent from my Venue 8 3830 using Home Brew mobile app

Baking the pumpkin this evening along with a small yeast starter since I only have one package of 05 on hand. I love the smell of the pumpkin baking.

I found a single bottle of this in my basement that was over 6 months old and it tasted phenomenal. I stuck to this recipe and while it was a good beer at 1-2 months it was a great beer at 6 months. I plan to make another batch soon to give out at Christmas this year.

Will be brewing a 3 Floyds Dreadnought clone. I've never tried it but it looks like a good brew.
