[Version 2 Release] RaspberryPints - Digital Taplist Solution

Is there a way to use the software to control the temp inside of keezer/kegerator? I don't know how to code but I was thinking is you can hook up a one wire temp probe and then wire up the PI to an outlet with a SSR and such. You could have the readout and controls on the main page or sub page...

    List of PJ Electrical Diagrams

They have been down for a few days. Google has the stored thumbnails of the pictures but the links are dead. Try a search in google with the set up the way you want it. You may find it is hosted someplace else. I was lucky enough to have the one I needed on another thread. Hope this helps.

What kettle to buy for BIAB

What if you have an electric set up? How do you get the PID to read the temp?

What kettle to buy for BIAB

I'm in the same boat. I'm going to start BIAB but want to try and future-proof my kettle. I was looking at the Spike kettles in the 15 gal size with a 1.5'' tri-clamp for a heating element in the future. I'm only at the 5.5 gallon mark for brews now. I don't know if I'll ever get to 10 gallons...

DIY fermentation chamber in FL garage?

LOL...I have a 2 4x8 sheets of osb left over from building shelves and a bunch 2 x 4's as well, so that was my thinking for using them. Also, Fl garages are kind of small and I built a work bench that has lots of room under it. Kind of why I wanted to go that route. I like to build stuff and...

DIY fermentation chamber in FL garage?

It is part of the house. It's all concrete block but does get pretty warm as expected in a FL garage.

DIY fermentation chamber in FL garage?

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if they live in FL and have their fermentation chamber in the garage. I don't have a place in my house and have been using the tube upstair to ferment in. I would like to do a window A/C one or a mini fridge one in my garage. Doesn't need to be big. maybe...

    My keezer build

It is wood filler for a hole in a layer of the plywood. Mine is open in the back also.

    My keezer build

The wood fram is mostly decorative. It does on mine service a structure purpose. It helps hold the weight of the lid when it is closed. I still need to add fan inside to move air and bring up to coffin box.

    My keezer build

It's sitting in my living room. Temp has not been an issue as far as I can tell. It hold a nice cold 36 deg. I never hear the freezer compression even turn on. Still trying to finish it up. I have an Irish amber on one tap. Waiting on a honey wheat to finish. I'm still trying to get a good pour...

    My keezer build

I'm going to start on the top tomorrow. I'm going to use 3/4 inch plywood then wood trim and tile the rest. Could use some help as far as how tall to make the coffin box. I know I'll have 3 inches from side then 3 inches between each tap for a total of width of 21 inches. But still not sure of...

    My keezer build

Thanks! I looked at the instructions and it said it needed at least 3 inches of space around it to prolong it's life.
