Been Fermenting now for 10 days and very little activity on the blow tube. Do I need to increase the temp to get the fermentation to start up? OP says 14 days primary and 14 days secondary.

I'm looking for a new gasket for this old soda keg but I don't know what type of keg it is? Can I use a rubber gasket if I can find one to fit?

I used the WLP013 and it is going crazy. I'm glad I put a blow off tube on it. My bucket top was bulging even with the tube.

BadNewsBrewery I test ran my new fermenting chamber system now for about 3days with just water and it's working great. Freezer only kicks on 2-3 times a day the other 3 controllers stay very close to what I have them set at. Thanks for the advise again.

TrustyOlJohnson, Thanks for the offer to send me one. I just bought an Anchor Steam Christmas ale today that I'll give a try once it's chilled to see if I like this style. If I do like it then I'll take your advise that this is the Absolute best of them and brew it up.
