    Dogfish head clone?

    Just picked up the 60min clone recipe from Austin Homebrew. The extract recipe is a little pricier than others that they have, but it's because of all the different hops and extracts involved. A friend of mine made this and preferred this one over the real deal

    Austin water adjustment

    I live in Austin too, and I've been using a PUR filter attached to the faucet with great results. I've heard gypsum is a great way to "clean" it up too. I know AHS sells it. I wouldn't personally use distilled. You lose all the beneficial minerals that are actually good for flavor and yeast health.
