    Thanks all. :D FlyGuy, I'm fairly new to the Edmonton area (grew up in Red Deer) and have not yet visited those shops, but now that I have a recommendation I definitely will. EDIT: I can't seem to find a location for South Side Brew Crew, if anyone has the address that would be greatly appreciated.

    Did I ruin it???

    I dropped my stopper into my primary earlier this week when taking a sample. The opening is far too narrow for me to reach inside and grab it, so I just left it. And since I didn't have another stopper to replace it, I just used a clean dishcloth. I've since racked to secondary and tasted...
