O mosto tá a uns 22C nesse momento.

Isso me parece razoável haha.

Husband complaining about my Home Brewing.

Yeah, I'm looking into other ways to organize it and keep the mess to a minimum. I also really like the idea of asking him to "help me out", even if it's just carrying the fermenter. Maybe that will make him feel like he's involved in it too. On another note, he's not a fool at all. It's his...

Husband complaining about my Home Brewing.

His thoughts on home-brewing are not very positive. He thinks it's too much trouble to drink something that's not as good as store-bought craft beer. He loves beer, though, so one of my ultimate goals is to prove him wrong by brewing something specific to his taste that will blow his mind.

Husband complaining about my Home Brewing.

I moved into his place, so you're probably right. We just talked tonight about it and we'll figure out a way for me to store everything in a way that doesn't bother him or Chewbacca, our dog. Thanks everyone for the tips, though. Regarding brewing smaller batches and going BIAB; I don't...

Husband complaining about my Home Brewing.

I'll check it out. :mug: But the problem doesn't really seem to be the stove, though. He seems to be bothered by the space the equipment is taking in the apartment.

Husband complaining about my Home Brewing.

Well, I think that he tolerates it. He seems to be worried about the mess. We live in a highrise apartment, so we don't have much space.

Hello from Brazil - Any other female brewers?

It was suppose to be today, but the guy who was going to mill my grains didn't show up (that sounded dirty, didn't it?) Anyway, I'll try to do it sometime this week, hopefully. :rockin:

    Hello from Zeeland Michigan

Welcome to the Forums. I'm new here too and I'm loving it. Regarding the Chocolate Milk Stout, I've never brewed one, so I can't really help. But good luck and keep us posted.
