    carbonation tablets for bottling?

I use the Cooper's Carb Drops for everything that I bottle, over the last 3 years probably 50 gallons. It really doesn't take that much time to add them during the bottling process. I put a bowl of the carb drops right next to the bowl of my caps. Fill a bunch of bottles, drop a carb drop in...

    All Grain or the Highway?

I mostly just stick with AG, but sometimes if I'm testing out a recipe or if it's winter I do go with extract.

    single tier brewstand

I built my single tier brewstand with 1.5" square 1/8th wall steel tubing. The 1/8th wall is overkill and weighs a ton. If I were to build a new stand, I would use 1/16th wall instead. This tubing is heavy duty, I have no concerns about durability.

    Vissani Fermentation Chamber

I cut a piece of 1/2" thick foam that fits against the front glass, big enough that it fits within the seal but does't move. After I added this, I stopped getting condensation on the glass.

    Vissani Fermentation Chamber

Bypassing the thermostat causes the fridge to cool whenever it has power. Using the external temp controller, the fridge will run as long as you want allowing it to cool below 50.

Can I get some opinions on my setup?

Most people ferment the full batch together in a larger carboy or bucket. You can split it up into both your carboys, you will also have to split up your yeast. With multiple fermenters you could experiment with different yeasts or dry hopping.

How To Make A Beer Crate For 12oz Beer Bottles

I just used 1-1/4" Drywall screws since I had a big box of them already. http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-203111631/h_d2/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10053&langId=-1&keyword=drywall+screw+1-1%2F4&storeId=10051#.UE-5NN1lT4Y

    how long is your hose

I'm sure it would make things easier but I just use a spring clamp to hold my hoses in place over the top edge. What are you using as a bk?

    how long is your hose

I have a single tier stand and single pump. I have camlocks on my bk/hlt/mt, pump, hoses. For most functions I use 2 hoses - BK/HLT/MT to pump then pump to BK/HLT/MT. When chilling I need a third hose, BK to Pump, Pump to Chiller, Chiller to fermenter. I use 2 - 4' and 1 - 5'

Size of the hole for the "Tower"

For a drip tray on my keezer, I used this http://www.beveragefactory.com/draftbeer/driptray/flush/FDT-5508-ND.shtml It's only $32 and I think it looks better than a normal tray that sits on top of the keezer.

    I scored a Vissani 52-Bottle Wine Cooler (I think)

I just picked up this cooler yesterday. It doesn't seem to have any trouble getting temp down to 45*, haven't put any beer in it yet. I plan to cut a sheet of insulation to cover the front door so that it holds temp better and doesn't let any light in.
