i use immersion chiller + $15 submersible aquarium pump. i put my wort in the sink, next to it i put small pot, put the pump in it also ice and adjust the tap to flow a tiny bit faster than the pump can pump, after that add ice as necessary. works very well and i dont use much water this way.
